By using Minty’s cleaning services, website, or phone, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Minimum Services Charge
The minimum charge of cleaning is $135 regardless of what service you choose.
Reservation Deposit
A booking is considered completed ONLY after a reservation deposit of $100 has been completed. This reservation deposit is non-refundable if the booking is canceled on the day of the cleaning.
Unpaid Orders
Orders not paid for within 5 business days will incur an interest charge of 5%.
24-Hours Satisfaction Guarantee
We have a 24-hours guarantee policy. This means if a cleaning is not completed at customer satisfaction, Minty will send a specialized cleaning crew to re-clean the missing areas. resulting from unsecured areas.
Cancellation of One-Time and Recurring Plans

Promotional Codes
One promotional code can be applied per order. It cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to completed orders.
Bio Cleaning
Cleanings with biohazard (blood, faeces, mold, fungi) are considered bio cleans. Hence will require a significant additional rate per hour to $80 per hour per cleaners.
